| Post subject: | Anyone in Monterey Area? |
I don't know anyone at all in the Monterey area who plays go, so I just figured I'd give it a shot and see if I might find any playing partner... If you're lower than 6k I will do my best to get you up to playing even games because I just want to use this board that I have for more than problems and self-review. |

I just wish I could find someone in Monterey to play. It seems like it should be possible considering the Defense Language Institute and the fact that this area was originally a hotbed for Japanese immigration. |

When I move up to Santa Cruz, even if there isn't a club still going, I'll start another club. (I'm assuming, of course, that I get in and they don't offer me significantly less than another school) |
