Life In 19x19 :: [BGG] Game Bile about Go

Remember your favourite game - The one that you're going to bring your kids up playing, the one from your childhood, that perfect game that has given you some much pleasure; the game that you always recommend because its rules are written on your soul and no one could ever not love it?

Yeah well - not everyone agrees and some folk disagree with bile.

Quite a few pretty entertaining ones, from 1 to 3:

Since I've already posted something from BGG, I thought I would share with you something else I found there. There is a list there called "Game Bile - Alternative Viewpoints on the Games You Love". I would swear I read a History of Go story where Emperor Yao's stupid son Dan Zhu said the exact same thing....leading to Shang being appointed the next Emperor. I think we ought to laugh at ourselves every once in awhile. Otherwise we'd be as stiff as a board and buried beneath stones. Anyway, that was amusing. My biggest problem, and also the thing I like best oddly, is the learning curve involved.
