Should really be in the "computer go" section of the forum.

But first, when asking for go programs of a certain strength or more, you need to specify what hardware you have available to run them on. The essentially same program may be available run on everything from tablets to the typical PC that most of us might have to work stations with the crunch power of a typical server.

When you ask for 3 dan you had best specify. There aren't any that would be at this level on a weakish/older PC but several for a decent workstation class machine.

Is the request for 3dan software or for 3D display software?

Best wishes.

yes 3D not 3 dan. don't need it to play go, just read sgfs.

wasn't there a pandanet client that used to do 3D? I know they dropped development on it. Pandago 1. or PandaGlGo . Have to go to board preferences and choose 3D.

There was a nice 3D rendering engine with game playback from SGF which could zoom to a corner when you want, http://senseis.xmp.net/?U3DC, but the website is dead or down.
