Ilya I believe. I'm not clear why Ali and Ilya didn't play a 3rd place decider. Some people in the chat thought it might be seeded by rating, but I didn't see an answer from the organizers.

My understanding is that there was no time to play 3 games, so all players agreed to decide 1 player seeded in the finals by draying of lots, the other two then playing a "semifinal". Ilya won the drawing of lots, Mateusz won the semifinal against Ali and the final against Ilya, so Mateusz is second, Ilya 3rd.(source: http://www.dgob.de/yabbse/index.php?top ... #msg198011 in german)

Is this going to be a regular event held every year?
