http://www.go4go.net/go/games/sgfview/38938 Please do read my version of game record from the link, which is slightly different from the one above and has a surprise ending. I am not clear what happened at the end of the game. But the official information at baduk.or.kr does suggest the game has 372 moves. This game, like the most between the two players, is almost incomprehensible. My brain is complete numb by those spectacular ko fights. In the end the result should be W+1.5 after all those big ko exchanges. Believe it or not, Lee Sedol so far has not won a title in year 2013. His next chance is in the Kuksu tournament. The whole tournament table is here: http://www.go4go.net/go/tournaments/sco ... 15-41-s16f |

While they are filling space to end game, Lee Sedol's huge group died accidentally. Lee resigned and Lee suggested to end normally to see end result. And it turned out that Choi won by 1.5. |

Why does the news article say only 366 moves? |

Oh, you don't trust me? ![]() You can find the game record (among others) here: http://baduk.or.kr/info/gibo.asp Regarding the article, the moves after 366 are dame moves, which led to the resignation with the blunder that trout already told us about. Officially, it looks like there are 372 moves, but the moves after 366 are, perhaps, not worth mentioning ![]() |

Myoungin award ceremony. Lee said he did his best and don't regret about result. Game with Choi always give him excitement. And congratulating about Choi's winning. Choi said he didn't like Lee because Lee won't let him win. But this time, Lee let him win this tournament. Choi think Lee became a better person. hahaha |
