I'm not sure if this has been suggested, but it would be nice if the "mark forums read" command could be used more selectively so that topics (sub-forums) could be marked. For example, when I am browsing the "General Go Chat" section, I would like to click "mark read" to mark that topic read without marking "Off Topic" and "Announcements" etc. |

Yes, this would be very nice. I’ve been away for a few days and—whoa!—six pages of unread posts. Being able to mark Malkovich read was of some help, but I still have to go through the remaining five pages and, often guessing, load the threads I might be interested in instead of just marking all those boards read that I’m sure I’m not interested in. I understand implementing this may be quite some work for the admins, so … this is just a humble plea. I love this forum and will stay a faithful member anyway ![]() Greetings, Tom |

If you're viewing an individual sub-forum, you can mark the topics in that area as read. It's in the upper right corner of the list of topics right below the page numbers. |
