Two quick thoughts:

:w15: I would not play this. Contacting tends to strengthen both sides. Since Black's stones have a three space extension, you want to keep invasion open. You won't play it yet, but if you become strong in the upper right, it becomes interesting. Maybe play a one point jump at N14.

:w29: You're right to feel bad about this move. It's as if you ignored a Shoulder Hit. When Black extends solidly, he removes a liberty from your stone, making it weak.

Also, the corner is still open because of the two peeps. Your move tends to make Black solidify the corner.

The really ugly thing about 29 is that you ask black to cut your two weak groups apart.
113 at G14 would have forced him to defend first

Kaya handle: Test
11: You have no need to be that desperate yet. He can't enclose the corner with one move, so you still have time. C6 is big and sente. So is F3.
Yes, as white, you have to take risks in handicap, but you take risks by creating situations where both sides are in trouble, not just where you are in trouble. :)

15: You force your opponent to make nice shape.

19: Good!

27+29: You know that your group on the right is possibly in trouble. Thus it does not benefit you to encourage your opponent to play moves like N16.

39: Looks ok to me.

43: All good moves here look slow. K14 seems marginally better as it is further away from his strong corner group. But for a DDK, it is a fine move.

55: This feels really slack. The natural defense at N12 just makes your position worse.
You want to connect. It will require at least two moves to do it. So make sure that the first move is one that will benefit you even if he prevents you from making the second move.
Try O12.

79: Looks good, but a move like S4 or B4 may actually be bigger.

80-84: He makes it work for you with clumsy resistance.

99: Try to finish with sente. Play away from his strength with B4.

107: Again, try to keep sente. Play B15.

163: Don't force a cutting stone to become stronger. Play G12.

169: It has no eye space and will never get any. Just make yourself strong and watch it squim and die. Playing that close just gives him targets. Try E11.

205: Were they going someplace? Try L17 or H1.

231: Very sporting of you! He gives you a point so you give one back. :D
