Hi negapesuo, - This exchange may be too good for W. For , maybe 3-3 or tenuki... possible. ( Even when is at F3, AG seemed to play rarely. ) E8 also big. Seems strange. Seems better to play here directly, without the - exchange. C16. If at C16, then you can resist at E15. Why. Why is this stone important ? What is it doing globally ? This hane-block-atari helps W's eye shape. If you jump to K18, W has to be careful ( B E18 ). M15. There's also a peep at M18. N14. N12. M12. Compare your board here to if you had M15 at . R17. Why are you following W ? S13. ( & ... Compare to at P12 directly. ) 3-3. 101 Already in trouble from earlier mistakes. S19 ( Locally, B still dead shape ). 106 S18. 107 S18. 180 S18.

Thanks Ed The thing that I definitely have a hard time around is evaluating whether an exchange is beneficial at the moment.
