I think we're of comparable strength, so be sure to take my advice with a pinch of salt. There were a few things which I noticed, or I'd personally do differently.

5: You could also just take another corner with D3 or D4. This way, white has to prove how it will make up for giving up a corner. Your move seems somewhat easy on white. If you want to pincer, why not something like H16?
8: What is this white player doing? He just created 3 weak groups, and we're only 8 moves into the game.
9: Good!
15: Perhaps closing at J16 is more severe?
17: I think it's good because it blocks it in. Though 15 at J16 could have made that easier, and made life more difficult for the white group.
33: If you want to double approach, I also feel like q6 might be better. But I don't like it here because of R10
37: I would play P6 almost instantly, then move on to launch an attack at R12.
40: allowing this ponnuki seems too good for white.
47: The attachment has ensured that white could choose the direction this is going in. It won't work well with the D10 stone either way, but if you block from the other side, you will be pushing white towards the edge of the board, now white is opening up toward the center. So yes, I think the other side might have been better.
75: There's a better way to sacrifice the two black stones: atari at E16 and cut off the F16 stone that way. That, combined with a play around R12, or pressing at K4 or L4 might give you enough momentum to carry on.

:b5: I would have taken the last corner. Your upper-left 4-4 is well placed to prevent him from doing much with his loose approach.

:b7: Your opponent has approached from the narrower side, this makes me want to play the extension at r13 instead of counterattacking.

:b13: W can wedge at M16 here to ruin your shape, so I don't like the hane here. The extension to K16 looks solid, especially since it isolates F16 nicely.

:b15: Consider K16 instead. W cannot cut and you have a stronger response to the inevitable hane at k18. W will live but small and gote, ceding B lots of early thickness and the open corner. If I started off a game as W like this I would probably want to resign right here.

:b21: Perhaps J17 here, because the open connection gives up an easy peep at h17.

:w22: Doesn't look necessary?

:b25: absolutely the right direction.

:b31: something around Q9 would be better, as your very large wall lacks an extension.

:b37: Joseki is the atari at p6. W connects at Q5, then you get to connect at R7 or P7. I would probably connect R7 there to precipitate an attack on R10.

:b41: very slow, this threatens nothing and your group was already healthy.

:b47: I think C5 would have been better here, with D10 and C16 on the board and F16 floating. You can lean on J3 afterwards to build massive central influence.

:b63: f3 is a big local move you should play before moving on.

:b65: I would extend rather than hane.

:b75: E16 looks better.

:b37: looks like a first biggest mistake you made.
if you can understand why it is wrong...then you wont make that mistake again.
