Ok, I registered on toyo-igo, downloaded the client and installed it(windows 7), but I just cant run it. wtf?

I just doubleclick the shortcut, it asks me if I allow the following program to make changes to this computer, I say yes, and nothing happens |

There is mentioned of what to do for Windows Vista UAC here http://www.toyo-igo.com/cscenter/bbs.as ... 05&pagec=1 I don't have Vista or 7, so I can't comment. |
