Here is my study journal. Now over summer vacation(more than 2 months left). I am planning to devote my time almost completely to go. Currently I am EGF 3. kyu, and that is my official category. On wbaduk, I play as a 2. dan. My goal is to get my playing strenght(nd EGF rating, if possible) to shodan untill my 16. birthday(9. November). Here is my study minimum per day 1 Malkovich move(maybe more, most often not) 25 tsumego problems(currently intermidate Cho Chikun problems, they are quite easy) ( often more than 25, sometimes 50) 1 serious game(30 minutes 30/5 byoyomi minimum, but probably 1 hour 30/5) often, I do 2 games, but sometimes I only can do one books(not always, I never read bo0oks the week before a tournament, but probably about 30 minutes per day of studying books when a tournament is further away) pro games -3 go4go pro games, not a detailed review, mostly reading comments and remembering some shapes(about 10-30 mins. per game), also often more reviews -1 game from Invincible(detailed review cca. 2.5 hours spent on my game, I treat every move as a tsumego, without endgame, I found that their endgame is too hard for me so I just quickle review through the last moves) It is quite a hard schedule, but I manage to do it every day. What do you think, will I be able to reach my goal? |

I switched from Invincible to 1971 tournament go, and after that I will review some games from Japan from 1950-2000 probably. With comments from go world. I oftenly play more games( around 2 serious and 2 blitz), but have skippped tsumegos last 2 days. |
