Reminded me a bit of this. Also, in Germany many cities have "planetary paths", which is the solar system to scale (usually at a 1:1 billion ratio) along a footpath. And even though the whole solar system is about 6 kilometers at that ratio, single planets are mostly marble sized. |

Powers of Ten This is another great visualization for a child who loves space and/or math. My daughter watched it almost every day for a week recently. |
